Value Stream Mapping ?

Value stream mapping is a lean manufacturing method that used to analyze and design the flow of materials and information required to bring a product or service to a consumer.
Value stream mapping is often associated with manufacturing, but actually it is also can be applied in logistics, supply chain, service related industries, healthcare, software development, product development, and many more

Four Steps in Applying Value Stream Mapping:
1.       Define the product
2.       Create the Current State in the VSM
3.       Define the next state which is Future State in VSM
4.       Develop the action plan to reach the Future State from our last position which is determine in the Current State
